“Jackie’s” Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe…

Chicken Noodle Soup: Pressure Cooker Series.
Grocery List: Chicken Cutlets, Purple Onions, Celery Stock, White Onions, Mixed Peppers, Bok Choy, lemon, pepper, pink Himalayan salt, Mrs. Dash seasoning, Chicken Bouillon, Garlic (minced and whole), shredded or sliced carrots, olive oil or Avocado oil. Add veggies as you see fit.

*I also added low carb Nasyo Pasta Zero cooked separately as the base for my soup.

Recipe:

Add oil at the bottom of your crockpot or insta pot. Place your diced chicken cutlets into the bottom. (Season your meat before adding it in the pot. ) add in all your diced b veggies. Get a separate mixing bowl., add 3-4 cups of cold water and 2 cups of chicken bouillon to the bowl stir until no lumps are seen. Add in pepper ( black) sea salt and Mrs. Dash seasoning lemon juice from squeezed lemons. Add in a dash of sesame seed oil. Pour entire mixture over crockpot goodies👩🏾‍🍳 or insta pot veggies and chicken cook on ( slow cook for 4 hours). You can add pasta or eat just the chicken and veggies they are good enough by themselves, this is the best soup I’ve had in a long time! Enjoy…..
