Southern style low cal Salisbury Steak w/ Cauliflower Rice®️

Home made Gravy
Ingredients; chopped onions, mushrooms, Almond Flour, Minced Garlic, black pepper, veggie stock, ms dash ( no salt), sea salt, onion powder, garlic powder.

Salisbury Steak Ingredients: Ground Lamb, Organic Grass Fed Beef, 1 egg, grated Parmesan cheese, diced peppers & onions.
scallions or shallots. Black pepper, Sea salt, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder.

Cauliflower Rice Ingredients:

pepper, sea salt, onion powder, garlic powder.

Finished Product

Lamb, Grass fed organic beef, seasonings, almond flour, mushrooms, onions etc. makes up this southern classic! I like to call this -Home Grown-

GRAVY:

Pour 2 cups of water w/ 1 cup of stock in a pot or pan. Add in olive oil tablespoon add in mushrooms, onions & seasonings. Simmer for 5-7 minutes. Add in a cup of almond flour, stir, stir, stir, pour in a table spoon of heavy whipping cream., stir more..

lastly, add in some scallions or shallots!

Salisbury Steak:

mix ground lamb, organic ground beef, 1 egg, shallots, peppers, onions, all seasonings & minced garlic. Add in Parmesan cheese ( grated) 2cups.
Mix… mix all ingredients together and make burger type patties. I made 6 with this recipe. Add them in a hot pan of olive oil. Cook on medium heat covered for 15 minutes. Flipping from one side to the next as needed. Take three spoonfuls of oil from the cooked meat pan and add it to the gravy!

Cauliflower Rice:

heat frozen cauliflower in a pot with butter 1/3 of a stick. I used 2 bags of cauliflower Rice. I heated on low for about 10 minutes covered. I added in seasonings and I plated the rice. I added the cooked steak and smothered the meal with gravy!
