Low Carb Lasagna

What you will need: 

-Ricotta Cheese

-Zucchini Slices

-provolone cheese 

-Turkey pepperoni 

-Ground Turkey 

-salsa ( medium) 

-spinach ( leafed) 

-French onion dip or sour cream 

-jalapeño 

-mozzarella cheese shredded

-seasonings you choose 

-Tomato Sauce ( no sugar added is best) 

-Mushrooms ( chopped) 

-Onion ( or you like them) I do so I use them!



The “ HookUp” ( Recipe): 

First cook your ground Turkey w/ chopped onions. ( pan fry in olive oil or something similar) Next set aside. The meat grab a baking dish add your sliced zucchini to the dish. Use a paper towel blot out all the water from the zucchini. Grab another bowl mix cream cheese or French onion dip ( 3 large spoonfuls), a ricotta cheese about ( half the package) 2 table spoons of salsa. I like sweet onion flavor. 

I add in garlic minced, Mrs.Dash salt free seasoning, garlic powder and pink Himalayan sea salt just a few pinches. Then I started to add on the layers (the best part)😍

After you have added your first layer of zucchini to the bowl start next by adding the cheese mixture 1 layer. Add in the ground Turkey, mushrooms. Jalapeño then cover that layer with sliced provolone cheese. Next repeat same steps. Zucchini, meat, mushrooms, cheese sauce, jalapeño. Once you’ve gotten to your third layer add in the Turkey pepperoni on top! Cover the top of the dish with shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake on 350 for 20-25 minutes.
